From the Pastor
Thank
you for visiting our home on the web today. Our church was
founded in 1982 when I felt God's calling to ministry. Our
church doors opened with our first service held in a store front in
nearby Blue Island. Here we were blessed with the opportunity
to minister to the community around us.
As a result of God's many blessings in the early years, our church was able to purchase land in Crestwood with a small church. Here God continued to increase and our church grew. In 1995 we tore down the old building and built a new sanctuary, and as recently as 2007 we added on a fellowship call and classrooms to support our growing ministries.
Everyone is welcome at Crestwood Christian Center and we encourage you to join us at one of our service or ministry opportunities.
